Naglis R. Baltušnikas (b. 1960) is a visual artist who works and lives in Kaunas. He is a well-known representative of the „Generation of the Break“, who has created paintings, graphics, and enamel plaques. N. R. Baltrušnikas' current focus is mosaics and graphics. One of his most famous and visible works is the J. Mačiūnas Square in Kaunas.
